Mailing Characteristics
Characteristics for the entire mailing are entered here. Some fields may automatically be populated based on preference settings. This is the second section to enter when you describe your Mailing.

Customer Reference: optional (maximum 12 characters)
This reference will display on the invoice. This reference is for the entire mailing. Note: You are able to enter a reference for a specific mailing piece in the Mailing Pieces section: Reference #1.
Size of Pieces: select a size
- Standard (up to 30.50 x 15.24 cm - 12.0 x 6.0 inches)
- Oversize 1(up to 30.50 x 28.00 cm - 12.0 x 11.0 inches) This is a Premium feature and a Premium rate will apply
- Oversize 2(up to 35.56 x 28.00 cm - 14.0 x 11.0 inches) This is a Premium feature and a Premium rate will apply
Note: Because Size of Pieces is selected for the entire mailing, only one Size of Pieces per mailing is permitted. Separate mailings will need to be created for each different Size of Pieces.
If your mail piece is thicker than 1.9 cm, please check the appropriate box.
