International Incentive Letterpost
International Incentive Letter-post provides Canadian commercial mailers with a competitive, Incentive-based Premium, Per Item and Standard service to the United States and international destinations.
To process an International Incentive Letter-post mailing you must complete the following steps:
- Create a New Mailing from the Menu File, Menu Icons, or Menu Folder
- Describe Mailing by entering the required information
- Optional: Save, Preview, Finalize
Save the mailing
Preview the charges and / or the Statement of Mailing
Finalize the mailing to identify that it is ready to transmit. Note: this is done automatically when you Transmit.
Triggering any of these will validate your entries. - Transmit to Canada Post using the Transmit
or End of Day 
menu icons.
Transmit automatically saves and finalizes the mailing.
