Contract Alias
A Contract Alias makes identification of contracts easier during shipping. This feature is useful when multiple people are accessing multiple contracts in the EST Business Desktop 2.0, such as in a mailroom scenario.
The alias name is associated with the Contract Number.
All Contract Numbers associated with your User ID will display here.
To Update the Alias Name:

Click on the Customer / Contract from the list

The Alias Name will populate (if previously saved)

Modify or Enter Alias Name

Click Update
-
The Alias Name list will refresh
Note: at any time you can click Cancel at any time before completing an action.
