If your city and postal code are not included below, you will not be eligible to participate in the At-Home Pickup pilot.

Item securely packaged with Canada Post return shipping label affixed.

For residents of multi-unit buildings (such as apartments or condos), in-person hand off to the delivery agent between 8 am to 5 pm on the pickup date.

Package does not contain controlled or prohibited items/materials.

Package weighs less than 22.7 kg / 50 lb.
