You are free to cancel your PO box rental at any time. Cancel it in person at the post office where your PO box is located.
Depending on when you cancel, you may be eligible for a refund of your rental payment. For more information on the PO box refund policy, please see the Postal Guide.
Cancelling a commercial account PO box
If you want to cancel a commercial account PO box, you will need to fax a completed and signed copy of the Postal Box Termination Notice to 1-866-846-0364.
