Why wasn’t my parcel delivered to my parcel locker?

Here are a few reasons why a parcel you were expecting might not be delivered to your parcel locker:

  1. Compartments were full

Each parcel locker has 6 compartments with a range of sizes. For security, compartments can’t be used for another delivery until you return the key.
  2. Signature was required

When a signature is required, Canada Post will attempt to deliver your parcel to your door. If no one is home, you’ll receive a delivery notice card to pick up your parcel at the post office.
  3. Parcel wasn’t shipped with Canada Post

Parcel lockers are exclusively for Canada Post deliveries. Check with your retailer to find out who is shipping your purchase.
  4. Parcel was too large

We attempt to deliver oversize parcels to your door. If no one is home, you’ll receive a delivery notice card to pick up your parcel at the post office.
  5. You didn’t pick up your parcel

We’ll hold your parcel in the parcel locker for up to 5 days. After 5 days, we’ll leave you a delivery notice card to pick up your parcel at the post office.
