Yes, you have three options if you want to refuse delivery of a letter or parcel:

1. Let the delivery agent know you don't accept it. The item will then be returned to the sender.
2. Take the unopened item with its original labels to any post office and request it be returned to the sender.
3. If you have a Delivery Notice Card and the item is being held at a local post office, it will be returned to the sender if not picked up within 15 calendar days.

The return of the letter or parcel will utilize the same service it was sent with, and the original sender will incur charges for the return service.
