Types of mail included in Mail Forwarding:
- Lettermail™
- Registered Mail™ within Canada
- Magazines addressed to your original address
Types of mail excluded from Mail Forwarding:
- Parcels (using Canada Post services such as Priority™, Xpresspost™, Xpresspost™ Certified, Expedited Parcel™ and Regular Parcel™)
- Prepaid envelopes
- Newspapers and flyers delivered by other parties
- Personal mail delivered to a business/institution such as an office building, a hospital, nursing home or a hotel
- Mail received at a shared postal address (for example, when the same address is used by more than 2 businesses)
- Mail sent through a privately administrated mailbox company
- Mail bearing a "Do not forward" endorsement (it will be returned to sender)
