I was home all day, why did I get a notice card instead of my item?

We attempt to deliver all packages and letters directly to you. However, we’ll leave a Delivery Notice Card if:

• The sender requested that we leave a notice card for you
• The item does not fit in the parcel compartment of a community mailbox that is more than 500 m from your residence
• We are issuing keys for your community mailbox
• Your package needs a signature and there was no answer at the door

Please pick up your item at the post office location indicated on your Delivery Notice Card.
