Typically, we leave a Delivery Notice Card when delivery is attempted. If no card was left, it might be delivered the next business day along with your regular mail.
Here’s what you can do:

Check your community mailbox, apartment mailroom or group mailbox for the Delivery Notice Card.

If you have the tracking number or the Delivery Notice Card number, enter it into our tracking tool to find out where to to pick up your item.
