Create shipping labels online

The post office isn’t the only place to get shipping labels – you can create, pay for and print your labels online. Prepare your package at home, then drop it off at any post office. Don’t have a printer? Purchase your label online, then visit a post office and present your email receipt on your mobile device – we’ll print the label for you.

Create a shipping label

Follow these steps to prepare shipping labels online for your packages using our Ship Online tool.

You’ll need to measure the packages you want to ship. Record their dimensions and, if you have a scale, weigh your packages. Packages should be big enough to fit a barcode on one side without it wrapping.

Explore our requirements and get tips for measuring. Please note that packaging requirements apply.
