Online shopping can be so easy – but making a return can seem like a lot of effort. Why can’t the process be as simple as the initial purchase? Now, it can be.
Package returns, made simple
Canada Post is making it even easier for you to return your online purchases by providing more drop-off options right in your neighbourhood. You may have noticed a Canada Post drop box near you. In addition to mailing letters, any Canada Post drop box can be used to return your online purchases through Canada Post – at any time of the day, whenever is most convenient for you.
If you have been provided a Canada Post return label, attach it to your package and drop your return at any Canada Post drop box*. Each return label has a unique tracking number assigned to your package. We will retrieve your package and begin the return process. Once your package is processed, you can start tracking its way back to the retailer. Be sure to make a note of your tracking number so you can track it online or in the Canada Post mobile app. If the package is not properly labeled or addressed, it will be returned to you using the return address on your package.
